Beverage Servers (F&B)
Full & Part-Time available 

Pay Rate:  $6.50/hr + tips + company paid benefits after 90 days!

We’re looking for energetic, self-motivated people with previous experience in the Bar and Beverage Service industry to join our team! Our beverage servers walk the casino floor greeting our guests while building friendly, first-name basis relationships. Servers assist our guests with drink orders from the bar as well as assist with food orders from the Cafe when requested.

MUST HAVE’S:

  • Previous experience in casino, bar, or restaurant environment
  • Strong cash handling skills
  • The ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

Our cashiers utilize a computer and keyboard to log all transactions using our cash tracking software. Cashiers handle all cash transactions including check cashing, conversion of gaming tickets into currency, as well as safeguarding company assets while dealing with the public in an efficient and courteous manner. Prior cash handling and customer service experience is a plus.

Pull Team Specialist
Full Time (mornings)

Pay Rate: $12.00 + company paid benefits after 90 days

  • 10 Hours a day, 4 days a week!
  • 4:00am – 2:30pm

The primary function of the Pull Team Specialist is to collect bill acceptor cans from the casino floor, sort currency and gaming tickets from the drop boxes, provide accurate totals, and input count data into the computer system.

MUST HAVE’S:

  • Must be able to grip objects and have good finger movement when counting and handling currency and gaming instruments
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (10 hours)
  • Must have a general working knowledge of a computer (keyboard and printer)
  • Must be able to work a varied schedule to include early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team in a closely monitored small count room
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a high stress/profile environment
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items as necessary
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry 35# (thirty-five pounds) in emergency situations

Security Officers safeguard the assets of the company while providing a safe and secure environment for all of our guests and employees. They are the first face of the Casino and greet every guest in a professional, upbeat manner. Officers are responsible for checking I.D.’s, watching the gaming floor for suspicious activities, assisting in dispute resolution with discretion and responding to calls with a sense of urgency. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of high school graduate or equivalent with 6 months of work-related experience preferred.

Promotions Specialist (Marketing)
Full Time (must be flexible)

The Promotions Specialist position is responsible for coordinating, organizing, and executing casino promotions. The position requires imagination and vision for promotion development and execution. This is a highly interactive position, the person must possess excellent communication, customer service, and have the ability to assist with other departments as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in developing promotional ideas for weekly/monthly promotions
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with the development of the monthly promotional calendar
  • Assists with the development of promotional ideas to increase enrollment at that Players Club
  • Oversees and supervises the building and execution of all promotions
  • Able to utilizes and understand all aspects of the Player Tracking System for promotions
  • Responsible for promotional and incentive builds for promotions in Player Tracking System
  • Writes and prepares promotional planners for review by the Management team and Gaming Commission
  • Writes promotional outlines and communications for internal team members
  • Reviews all gaming policies related to ensuring that promotions are in compliance
  • Fills out promotional and departmental paperwork related to promotions and operations
  • Responsible for ordering promotional products for giveaways and incentives
  • Maintains the inventory of promotional merchandise, office supplies, and players club cards
  • Responsible for the preparation, execution, and tear down of promotional areas
  • Makes announcements and hosts interactive promotions as needed
  • Must be flexible to work any day according to the promotional and department needs
  • Prepares Proforma’s and Budgets for promotions.
  • Conduct post-analysis for executed promotions
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
  • Attends all mandatory company training
