Bartender
Full & Part Time available

Pay Rate: $8.00/hr + tips + company paid benefits

7th Street Casino is looking for a few good Bartenders to prepare beverages and provide service in a friendly, courteous, timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction! We have day and night time hours available, Full and Part Time. Must be friendly and reliable, available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, and have the ability to walk, stand, and maneuver without assistance throughout an 8-hour shift. Regular and punctual attendance and reliable transportation are required for this position. Must be 18 years or older. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Use of computer system and/or Point of Sale operations
  • Experience in casino, bar, or restaurant environment

Cage/Vault Cashier
Full Time (overnight)

Pay Rate: $14.00/hr + tips + company paid benefits

7th Street Casino has several new openings for overnight Cage and Vault Cashiers! The primary objective of the Cage Cashier is to distribute moneys to gaming guests via check cashing and the conversion of gaming instruments into currency, as well as safeguarding company assets while dealing with the public in an efficient and courteous manner. Must be friendly and reliable, available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, and have the ability to walk, stand, and maneuver without assistance throughout an 8-hour shift. Regular and punctual attendance and reliable transportation are required for this position. Must be 18 years or older. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Must be able to respond calmly in crisis and stressful situations, including employee or guest conflicts

F&B Supervisor
Full Time (nights)

The Food & Beverage supervisor enforces performance standards, policies, and procedures in the venue are in accordance with the Company’s expectations.

  • Responsible for complying with all food and beverage health, liquor and safety regulations; as well as all federal, state and local applicable laws.
  • Responsible for the evaluating and training of the employees ensuring staffs compliance with all customer service standards.
  • Ensures venue floor operations are running in a smooth, efficient manner to ensure customers satisfaction.
  • Responsible for listening to, evaluating and assuring control of customers’ grievances.
  • Monitors job performances of all the employees and provides feedback on some to aid the employees in developing and enhancing skills.
  • Confers with Food & Beverage Manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.
  • Responsible for the supervision and training of Beverage Servers, Bartenders, wait staff and bar backs on an assigned shift.
  • Ensures the smooth and efficient service throughout all Food & Beverage facilities in the Casino.
  • Handles employee relation issues as needed after conferring with Food & Beverage Manager
  • Supervises and reports to management all employee call-ins and scheduling conflicts to ensure a cost effective staffing level.
  • Knowledge of all State alcohol and gaming regulations and ensures adherence.
  • Make recommendations and suggestions and hire, suspend, transfer, discipline and terminate after conferring with Food & Beverage Manager.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Maintenance Technician
Full Time (days)

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr + company paid benefits

The primary objective of the Maintenance Technician is to apply knowledge and skills to perform the regular and recurring maintenance, installation, and repair work of the department using any of the equipment authorized and available.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Maintain all company Vehicles and machinery used by facilities department
  • Maintain the mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning of all Green space of the Casino and Cemetery
  • Operate snow removal equipment as needed and spread ice melting chemicals around the property as needed
  • Maintain Facilities work shop i.e. cleaning, organizing and stocking
  • Performs skilled work using shop equipment and power tools such as drills, saws, sanders, planers, air nailers, routers and other tools provided in the maintenance, repair, alteration, and remodeling of buildings
  • Work with other department needs as directed by interdepartmental work orders i.e. but not limited to carrying heavy box’s, removing and replacing of office equipment and installing devices or objects
  • Work on special projects that are assigned by the Facilities Manager
  • Perform all work with sound safety practices
  • Communicate effectively as a team member
  • Flexibility to be available for emergency call outs during time off

LICENSING

  • Must be able to qualify for any and all licenses or permits required by local, State, Federal and/or Wyandotte Nation law
  • May perform portions of the work of higher classified positions occasionally as assigned

Marketing Coordinator
Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.75/hr + company paid benefits

The primary objective of the Marketing Coordinator is to provide marketing and creative support to the Marketing Department. This position provides assistance to all facets of marketing (advertising, social media, creative design, copy development, promotions, website maintenance and marketing strategy). Must be friendly and reliable, available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, and have the ability to walk, stand, and maneuver without assistance throughout an 8-hour shift. Regular and punctual attendance and reliable transportation are required for this position.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s degree, or higher, in Creative Design, Advertising, Marketing or other related field. Equivalent combination of education and progressive, relevant and direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirement listed above.
  • Ability to manipulate and resize art files for use in both print and digital files.
  • Must be proficient in copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Project management and ability to hit deadlines.

Operations Compliance Officer
Full Time (days)

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr + company paid benefits

This position will be responsible for all testing and accurate record keeping of all Gaming Machines. Successful candidates will have 4-6 years of experience in compliance and electronic gaming machines, certification preferred.

Must Haves:

  • High School Diploma or GED and 4-6 years of experience in compliance and electronic gaming machines, certification preferred.
  • Ability to work as directed by your supervisor, which may result in being scheduled anytime during a 24 hour period, 365 days a year.
  • Working knowledge of electronic gaming machines.
  • Knowledge of gaming compliance, and policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of computer technology and software.
  • Ability to set up and maintain electronic gaming filing systems.
  • Ability to read, write and understand English.

Player’s Club Rep
Full Time (evening/nights)

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr+ company paid benefits

7th Street Casino has an opening for a Player’s Club Representative to help promote the success of the Club and assist customers through the membership process. A successful Player’s Club Rep will have the ability to help our guests by explaining the benefits of membership, accessing member accounts, and assisting with promotions. Must be friendly and reliable, available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, and have the ability to walk, stand, and maneuver without assistance throughout an 8-hour shift. Regular and punctual attendance and reliable transportation are required for this position. Must be 18 years or older. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Maintain a working knowledge of the Club in order to effectively explain benefits to customers
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the property, as well as current and upcoming special events, in order to advise customers and fellow employees of same, whenever possible
  • Serve as a customer service concierge to the customers
  • Enrolls new members and educated them on the benefits of the Lucky 7 Club
  • Issue Lucky 7 Club cards to members
  • Accesses member accounts to assist with point verification and redemption and issues rewards for customers when appropriate level of play has been established
  • Promotes Club membership and provides information to potential members
  • Promotes and carries out customer promotions
  • Sells event tickets and facilitates tournament buy-ins
  • Assists members of management and other marketing personnel, as needed, with Club related matters

Pull/Count Team Specialist
Full Time (day)

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr + company paid benefits

10 hour shifts, 4 Day work week! 

Days Off: Wed/Thur/Sunday

The primary function of the Pull/Count Team Specialist is to collect bill acceptor cans from the casino floor during the Drop, sort currency and gaming instruments from drop boxes, provide an accurate total and input count data into count room computer system. Must be friendly, reliable and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled. Successful candidates will possess the ability to walk, stand, and maneuver without assistance throughout an 10-hour shift. Regular and punctual attendance and reliable transportation are required for this position. Must be 18 years or older.

Security Officer
Full Time (overnight)

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr + company paid benefits

The primary objective of the Security Officer is to safeguard the assets of the company while providing a safe and secure environment for all of our guests and employees. Must be friendly, reliable, and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled. Successful candidates will possess the ability to walk, stand, and maneuver without assistance throughout an 8-hour shift. Regular and punctual attendance and reliable transportation are required for this position. Must be 18 years or older.

Security Supervisor
Full Time (overnight)

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr + company paid benefits

Supervises all Security activities on assigned shift, and manages physical security of shift, with the assistance of the Security personnel. Coordinates Security personnel to ensure compliance with all related policies to provide a safe environment for our guests. Assists in Security functions to include scheduling, monitoring of alarms and reporting of disorder in the casino and ensures that posts in their zones are properly manned and that reliefs are provided when necessary. Evaluates the performance of personnel under their supervision; acts as a role model, always presenting oneself as a credit to 7th Street Casino and encourages others to do the same. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled and possess the ability to walk, stand, and maneuver without assistance throughout an 8-hour shift. Reliable transportation is required for this position.

The primary objective of the Slot Attendant is to monitor the performance of slot machines, the activity and condition of the casino floor and ensure all slot machines are operable. Responsible for guest relations, recognizing jackpots and conducting payouts. Must be friendly and reliable, available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, and have the ability to walk, stand, and maneuver without assistance throughout an 8-hour shift. Regular and punctual attendance and reliable transportation are required for this position. Must be 18 years or older. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
