We’re looking for a friendly, upbeat, self-motivated Bartender to work the day shift at 7th Street Casino! Our bartenders not only work behind the bar they also walk the casino floor greeting our guests and building friendly, first-name basis relationships. A Bartender’s primary objective is to assist our guests with drink orders from the bar and assist servers with their drink orders from the floor. Must have previous Bartending experience.

Security Officers safeguard the assets of the company while providing a safe and secure environment for all of our guests and employees. Officers are responsible for checking I.D.’s, watching the gaming floor for suspicious activities, assisting in dispute resolution with discretion and responding to calls with a sense of urgency.

Marketing Manager

The primary objective of the Marketing Manager is to facilitate the optimization of the Casino revenue via the use of various Marketing strategies utilizing advertising, billboards, direct mailing, internet, and any other opportunities as may be submitted as a recommendation to the General Manager. Must also maintain effective communication with Team Members, the General Manager, and other Executive management. Must act as a liaison with various media vendors and develop and maintain analytical data in both pro and post formats to evaluate customer return on investment. The successful candidate will possess an Associate’s degree or higher, minimum of ten (10) years marketing experience within the gaming industry, and a minimum of ten (10) years manager level experience, working with large teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. The position reports directly to the General Manager and has executive level responsibilities.
2. Responsible for working with management level decision-makers to assist the property in achieving goals.
3. Responsible for developing a strategic marketing plan for the casino to increase revenue.
4. Responsible for establishing revenue and departmental goals.
5. Responsible for maintaining and developing the department budget and monitoring department expenditures.
6. Responsible for the procurement and purchase of promotional materials to support marketing programs.
7. Responsible for developing internal communications and signs to support other departments as needed.
8. Supervises Marketing Coordinators, Promotions Supervisor, Players Club Supervisor, and Players Club employees.
9. Manage all aspects of Direct Mail, including creative development, data management, timelines, and budget.
10. Develop monthly direct mail campaigns, matrices, and programs to increase revenue and customer visitation.
11. Develop and maintain email and texting programs.
12. Analyze ADT segmentation, theoretical reinvestment, and ROI to measure offer performance.
13. Develop monthly and weekly promotions to increase revenue, card utilization, and customer engagement.
14. Provide pre and post-analysis for marketing promotions and events to the Gaming Commission and General Manager.
15. Develop advertisements working with an outside agency for media buys, creative design, and media placement.
16. Manage and maintain website content for monthly promotions and other updates as needed.
17.
