Cage Cashier
Full & Part Time shifts available

We are hiring Cage Cashiers! The primary objective of the Cage Cashier is to distribute moneys to gaming guests via check cashing and the conversion of gaming instruments into currency, as well as safeguarding company assets while dealing with the public in an efficient and courteous manner.

Part Time Hours:

  • Thursday   10p – 6a
  • Friday         10p – 6a
  • Saturday    Midnight – 7a
  • Sunday       Midnight – 7a

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of high school graduate or equivalent
  • Prior cash handling experience
  •  Must be able to respond calmly in crisis and stressful situations, including employee or guest conflicts
  • Must be able to enter data and read and interpret output from computer
  • Basic math skills including the ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide by 10 and 100
  • Must have excellent guest service (internal and external) skills

7th St Casino is currently looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to join our Food & Beverage Team! The Food and Beverage Cashier is to ensure smooth & efficient operation of a Food & Beverage venue by providing courteous and prompt service to our guests. The Cashier will greet guests with a friendly expression, answer phones, take food orders and deliver entrees to guests in an upbeat and courteous manner. Adhering to stated policies and procedures relating to health, safety, and quality management is key. The successful candidate will be available to work evenings and weekends, possess prior cash handling skills and have a good working knowledge of computer and POS operations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in casino, bar, or restaurant environment
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, & divide in all units of measure
  • Ability to follow instruction and perform assigned tasks with limited supervision
  • Must be able to effectively work alone and/or with other team members in a team environment

Human Resources Clerk
Full Time (days)

The primary objective of the HR Clerk is to provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Department. The successful candidate must be highly organized and possess the ability to work with honor and confidentiality. Must have 2 years previous HR experience, excellent Excel skills and cannot be related to any other employee of the Casino.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Type and word-process various documents and electronic information;
2. Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications;
3. Provide prompt, friendly service to all internal and external guests;
4. Assist applicants and employees with proper paperwork completion;
5. Assist recruiter with the new hire process and paperwork completion;
6. Coordinate and notify management of annual review due dates, complete necessary PAF’s to process same;
7. Coordinate selection and ordering of all new hire supplies, including t-shirts and cups;
8. Assist with the coordination of all employee events;
9. Coordinate benefit meetings, distribute and collect benefit enrollment documentation, submit to appropriate WTOK department and answer employee benefit questions;
10. Coordinate workers compensation claims with appropriate WTOK department for processing;
11. Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health, safety, and quality management;
12. Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position
