Slot Manager

The 7th Street Casino is looking for a Slot Manager to manage and direct the daily operations of the slot department. The Slot Manager will facilitate the optimization of the slot gaming floor for both machine and Team Member performance, maintain effective communication with Team Members, the General Manager, and other Executive Management, and act as a liaison with various slot/gaming equipment vendors to develop and maintain analytical data for review, and recommend needed changes for the gaming floor. The Slot Manager is responsible for administration, policy and procedure formulation and implementation, instructing and training team members on policy and procedures, and coordinating and supervising all Slot Technicians by assigning responsibilities and duties as needed, by shift. Successful candidates will have a minimum of six (6) years of Gaming experience in Slot floor management responsibilities and have a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the casino.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Schedule staff according to overall customer service assessment
  2. Evaluate and develop related training plans for staff
  3. Manage, organize, and update slot floor documenting relevant data while using database applications

  6. Research and investigate incidents documenting findings in a professional manner
  7. Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities

The primary objective of the Surveillance Officer is observing, monitoring and recording all activity occurring in the casino area and record the observations in writing as required.
