Player’s Club Representatives assist our guests by:

  • Maintaining a working knowledge of the Player’s Club in order to effectively explain benefits to customers

Maintenance Technician
Full Time (nights)

The primary objective of the Maintenance Technician is to apply knowledge and skills to perform the regular and recurring maintenance, installation, and repair work of the department using any of the equipment authorized and available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Maintain daily trash pickup around the outside of the casino, the 825 professional building, and the Cemetery
  • Maintain all company Vehicles and machinery used by the facilities department
  • Maintain the mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning of all Green space of the Casino and Cemetery
  • Apply fertilizers, insecticides, and other chemicals to turf areas, trees, and shrubs
  • Maintain all landscaped areas of the Casino and Cemetery
  • Operate snow removal equipment as needed and spread ice-melting chemicals around the property as needed
  • Maintain Facilities work shop i.e. cleaning, organizing and stocking
  • Performs skilled work using shop equipment and power tools such as drills, saws, sanders, planers, air nailers, routers and other tools provided in the maintenance, repair, alteration, and remodeling of buildings
  • Work with other department needs as directed by interdepartmental work orders i.e. but not limited to carrying heavy box’s, removing and replacing of office equipment and installing devices or objects

JOB PURPOSE

Summary:   This position will be responsible for all testing and accurate record-keeping of all Gaming Machines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Set up and maintain electronic games  filing systems
  • Accurately maintain schedules and calendars concerning installs/conversions/removals of gaming machines.
  • Receive and verify Par Sheets/GLI letters
  • Create folders for game changes containing information needed to ensure compliance with MICS.
  • Testing of all EPROMS and/or other equivalent software related to gaming machines.
  • Keep accurate and supporting documentation of all testing results.
  • Keep accurate and supporting documentation of all changes that occur with each gaming machine.
  • Communicates and works with Data Analysis regarding new and upcoming changes
  • Communicates and works with Gaming Commission regarding new and upcoming changes.
  • Insures the Slot Master is updated and accurate.
  • Verify percentages at the machine to ensure accuracy
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
  • Communicates and coordinates dates, times, and any physical requirements with all departments whose participation is required to accomplish machine installs, removals, conversions, and floor moves.
  • Responsible for maintaining the custodial possession of all game-related software and related “game outcome” equipment including the security (safekeeping), testing, returning, and destruction of “game outcome” related software and equipment.

Education and/or Experience:    High School Diploma or GED and 4-6 years of experience in compliance and electronic gaming machines, certification preferred.
