OPEN POSITIONS
Bartender
Part & Full Time (nights)
Pay Rate: $8.00/hr + tips + company paid benefits
Responsible for taking orders and preparing beverages for casino, restaurant guests and servers. Must be able to carry trays and beverages and lift up to 50 lbs. Bartending knowledge or experience on a professional level is required. Must be people-oriented, posses an outgoing personality and be able to keep accurate records of liquor distribution. Must be friendly and reliable, available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, and have the ability to walk, stand, and maneuver without assistance throughout an 8-hour shift. Regular and punctual attendance and reliable transportation are required for this position. Must be 18 years or older. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
Cage Cashier
Part & Full Time (evenings & overnights shifts available)
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr + tips + company paid benefits
7th Street Casino has several new openings for Cage Cashiers! The primary objective of the Cage Cashier is to distribute moneys to gaming guests via check cashing and the conversion of gaming instruments into currency, as well as safeguarding company assets while dealing with the public in an efficient and courteous manner. Must be friendly and reliable, available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, and have the ability to walk, stand, and maneuver without assistance throughout an 8-hour shift. Regular and punctual attendance and reliable transportation are required for this position. Must be 18 years or older. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
EVS Attendant
Full Time (nights
Pay Rate: $15.00 + tips + company paid benefits
Responsible for the cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of the casino. Duties include vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, cleaning restrooms, emptying ash trays, and other routine cleaning duties. Prior Housekeeping experience preferred Must be friendly and reliable, available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, and have the ability to walk, stand, and maneuver without assistance throughout an 8-hour shift. Regular and punctual attendance and reliable transportation are required for this position. Must be 18 years or older. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
Player’s Club Rep
Full & Part Time available (nights)
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr + company paid benefits
The primary objective of the (PCR) Player’s Club Representative is promoting the success of the Club by assisting customers through the membership process, explaining the benefits of membership, accessing member accounts, and assisting with promotions. Successful candidates must be computer literate with experience using Microsft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), friendly, reliable, available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, and have the ability to walk, stand, and maneuver without assistance throughout entire shift. Regular and punctual attendance and reliable transportation are required for this position. Must be 18 years or older. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
Security Officer
Full Time (nights & overnight shifts available)
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr + company paid benefits!
The primary objective of the Security Officer is to safeguard the assets of the company while providing a safe and secure environment for all of our guests and employees. Must be friendly, reliable, and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled. Successful candidates will possess the ability to walk, stand, and maneuver without assistance throughout an 8-hour shift. Surveillance Officer
Full Time
Pay Rate: $16.50 – $17.00/hr + company paid benefits!
The primary objective of the Surveillance Operator is observing, monitoring and recording all activity occurring in the casino area and record the observations in writing as required. Must be friendly and reliable, available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, and work in low lit area with the ability to focus on monitors for entire shift. Regular and punctual attendance and reliable transportation are required for this position. Must be 18 years or older. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus! The successful candidate will be available to train on Day Shift then transition to an assigned shift.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Use of all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for spreadsheet, reporting, and presentation development required
- Ability to qualify for any and all licenses or permits required by local, State, Federal and/or Wyandotte Nation law
- Ability to prepare, read, and interpret documents; write reports and correspondence; and speak and communicate effectively with individuals and before groups of people
- Ability to compose grammatically correct documents
- Ability to verbally communicate using appropriate English standards of language
- Ability to sit for entirety of shift, taking breaks only as business allows
- Ability to manipulate manual camera control devices
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Work in an environment where the noise levels are constant
- Work in low lit area
- Ability to focus on monitors for entire shift.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Protect the assets of the casino and its employees
- Ensure adherence to all gaming regulations and report any violations of procedure
- Prepare reports as directed by the surveillance manager
- Report any malfunctions of surveillance equipment and make recommendations and justifications for repairs or replacements
- Responsible for maintaining records as required
- Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position
- Department requires flexible scheduling and availability on short notice to meet gaming policy requirements
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a high stress/profile environment required
Lead Surveillance Officer
Full Time
Pay Rate: $17.50 – $18.00/hr + company paid benefits!
The primary objective of the Surveillance Lead is to assist the Surveillance Manager and Supervisor in ensuring compliance with gaming requirements set by gaming authority and local law enforcement. The successful candidate will be available to train on Day Shift then transition to an assigned shift. Must be friendly and reliable, available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, and work in low lit area with the ability to focus on monitors for entire shift. Regular and punctual attendance and reliable transportation are required for this position. Must be 18 years or older. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Experience in loss prevention, casino security background is a plus!
