Beverage Server
Full Time & Part Time Shifts available(evening)

Are you a Rock Star in the service industry? If so, 7th Street wants you! We currently have several openings for Beverage Servers to expedite alcohol and non-alcoholic beverage orders to patrons of the 7th Street Casino.  Full time and part time positions are available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and friendly service to all casino guests and team members
  • Greet guests and build personal first name relationships

Cage/Vault Cashier 
Part Time (overnight)

*Must be available nights, weekends and holidays.

The primary objective of the Cage Cashier is to distribute moneys to gaming guests via check cashing and the conversion of gaming instruments into currency, as well as safeguarding company assets while dealing with the public in an efficient and courteous manner. Successful candidates will possess prior cash handling experience, the ability to respond calmly in stressful situations, the ability to enter data and read and interpret output from computer, basic math skills including the ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide by 10 and 100. Must have excellent guest service (internal and external) skills, able to work any day of the week and any shift and must present a well-groomed appearance.

  • Maintains and is held accountable for all funds entrusted to him/her on an assigned shift

EVS Attendant (housekeeping)

The primary objective of the EVS Attendant is to be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and attractive environment for team members, patrons, and vendors of the 7th Street Casino.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Perform cleaning duties in all areas of the facility including; but not limited to; cleaning, sweeping, mopping, washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and spot, stain or dirt removal of all floors, rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies, dusting, scrubbing, sanitizing, and buffing including using some machinery as required such as vacuums or floor cleaners
  • Maintain cleanliness of all areas including picking up litter, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning ashtrays, and removal and transport of garbage
  • Clean all walls, ceilings, doors, windows, sills, furniture, woodwork, and fixtures in all areas of the facility
  • Clean and service restrooms including replenishing bathroom supplies
  • Stock and supply all service areas with appropriate cleaning supplies
  • Assist all departments by responding to housekeeping calls
  • Clean and maintain tables, chairs, fixtures, décor, and machines as needed
  • Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Full Time (evening)

The primary objective of the Food & Beverage Cashier is to ensure smooth & efficient operation of an F&B venue by providing courteous and prompt service to the guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  •  Greet guest with a friendly expression of acknowledgement and good wishes.
  • Use of computer system and/or Point of Sale operations
  • Clear and wipe tables according to procedures
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Will support the BOH staff and execute changes to meet the needs of our guests
  • Have understanding of sanitation and proper food handling
  • Answer phone in a cheerful manner and use proper methods of transfer, hold, and all other functions of the phone system

  • Basic knowledge of menu prices and composition of food & beverage items, daily specials, promotions, and proper procedures to be followed

Security Officer
Full Time (evening and overnight shifts available)

Security Officer’s safeguard the assets of the company while providing a safe and secure environment for all of our guests and employees. They are the first face of the Casino and greet every guest in a professional, upbeat manner. Officer’s are responsible for checking I.D.’s, watching the gaming floor for suspicious activities, assisting in dispute resolution with discretion and responding to calls with a sense of urgency. 

JOB QUALFICATIONS

  • Minimum of high school graduate or equivalent with 6 months of work related experience preferred.
  • Use of all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for spreadsheet, reporting, and presentation development.
  • Ability to have a flexible schedule to provide for Casino requirements.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a high stress/profile environment.
  • Excellent guest service skills are essential.
  • Ability to work cohesively with co-workers and work as a team.
  • Ability to listen to and resolve guest concerns.

Surveillance Operator
Full Time (must be flexible)

The primary objective of the Surveillance Operator is observing, monitoring and recording all activity occurring in the casino area and record the observations in writing as required. The right candidate will possess at least one year of experience in use of all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for spreadsheet, reporting, and presentation development and possess the ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a high stress/profile environment. Must be flexible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Perform duties in compliance with company standards
  • Protect the assets of the casino and its employees
  • Ensure adherence to all gaming regulations and report any violations of procedure
  • Prepare reports as directed by the surveillance manager
  • Report any malfunctions of surveillance equipment and make recommendations and justifications for repairs or replacements
  • Responsible for maintaining records as required
  • Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position
  • Department requires flexible scheduling and availability on short notice to meet gaming policy requirements.
