Bartender
Full Time
Pay Rate: $8.00/hr + tips + company paid benefits
MUST HAVES’S
- Previous experience in casino, bar, and/or restaurant environment
- Use of computer system and/or Point of Sale operations
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and take a minimum of 80 (eighty) stairs for entirety of shift as required to conduct normal assigned duties
- The ability to function in a smoking environment

Cage/Vault Cashier
Full Time – Overnight
Pay Rate: $14.00 – $16.00/hr + tips + company paid benefits
Cage Cashiers distribute cash to gaming guests via check cashing and the conversion of gaming tickets into currency, as well as safeguarding company assets while dealing with the public in an efficient and courteous manner. Previous cash handling and 10-key experience with the use of computer systems and/or Point of Sale(POS) operations preferred. Must have excellent guest service skills, the ability to stand, walk, and use fingers for the entirety of the shift as required to conduct normally assigned duties, the ability to function in a smoking environment, open availability to work any day including weekends, and holidays, and reliable transportation. Must be 18 years or older and successfully complete a standard/basic math test.
Count/Pull Team Specialist
Full Time (day)
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr + company paid benefits
10 hour shifts, 4 Day work week!
Days Off: Wed/Thur/Sunday
The primary function of the Count Team Specialist is to collect bill acceptor cans from the casino floor during the Drop, sort currency and gaming instruments from drop boxes, provide an accurate total and input count data into count room computer system. Must be friendly and reliable, available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, and have the ability to walk, stand, and maneuver without assistance throughout an 10-hour shift. Regular and punctual attendance and reliable transportation are required for this position. Must be 18 years or older.
EVS Attendant
Full Time (nights)
Pay Rate: $14.00/hr + tips + company paid benefits
The primary objective of the EVS Attendant is to be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and attractive environment for team members, patrons, and vendors of the 7th Street Casino.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Perform cleaning duties in all areas of the facility including; but not limited to; cleaning, sweeping, mopping, washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and spot, stain or dirt removal of all floors, rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies, dusting, scrubbing, sanitizing, and buffing including using some machinery as required such as vacuums or floor cleaners
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas including picking up litter, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning ashtrays, and removal and transport of garbage
- Clean all walls, ceilings, doors, windows, sills, furniture, woodwork, and fixtures in all areas of the facility
- Clean and service restrooms including replenishing bathroom supplies
- Stock and supply all service areas with appropriate cleaning supplies
- Assist all departments by responding to housekeeping calls
- Clean and maintain tables, chairs, fixtures, décor, and machines as needed
- Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

F&B Supervisor

The Food & Beverage supervisor enforces performance standards, policies, and procedures in the venue are in accordance with the Company’s expectations.
- Responsible for complying with all food and beverage health, liquor and safety regulations; as well as all federal, state and local applicable laws.
- Responsible for the evaluating and training of the employees ensuring staffs compliance with all customer service standards.
- Ensures venue floor operations are running in a smooth, efficient manner to ensure customers satisfaction.
- Responsible for listening to, evaluating and assuring control of customers’ grievances.
- Monitors job performances of all the employees and provides feedback on some to aid the employees in developing and enhancing skills.
- Confers with Food & Beverage Manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.
- Responsible for the supervision and training of Beverage Servers, Bartenders, wait staff and bar backs on an assigned shift.
- Ensures the smooth and efficient service throughout all Food & Beverage facilities in the Casino.
- Handles employee relation issues as needed after conferring with Food &
Beverage Manager
- Supervises and reports to management all employee call-ins and scheduling conflicts to ensure a cost effective staffing level.
- Knowledge of all State alcohol and gaming regulations and ensures adherence.
- Make recommendations and suggestions and hire, suspend, transfer, discipline and terminate after conferring with Food & Beverage Manager.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Human Resources Clerk
Full Time (days)
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr+ company paid benefits
The primary objective of the HR Clerk is for clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Department. Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
Must Have:
- 2 years previous experience in HR.

Marketing Coordinator
Full Time (days)
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00/hr + company paid benefits
The primary objective of the Marketing Coordinator is to provide marketing and creative support to the Marketing Department. This position provides assistance to all facets of marketing (advertising, social media, creative design, copy development, promotions, website maintenance and marketing strategy).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist in the overall execution of marketing strategic plans, tactics and campaigns.
- Work in tandem with external advertising agency and assist with creative concepts and ideas for the casino promotions.
- Proof creative, copy and data for direct mail, advertisements and other external communications.
- Design internal signage and communications for events, promotions, HR and other departments.
- Understand the Player’s Club functions, promotions, direct mail campaigns, and other related special events; can relay the details to the casino and patrons.
- Plan, develop and execute website initiatives and strategies.
- Monitor and update social media content as needed.
- Assist in the development and execution of promotional programs as needed.
- Assist in creating incentives for direct mail and email campaigns.
- Responsible for knowing and understanding the Player’s Club database tracking system and functionalities.
- Create and submit promotional planners and creative briefs as needed.
- Provide superior internal and external guest service.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned by Marketing Manager.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s degree, or higher, in Creative Design, Advertising, Marketing or other related field. Equivalent combination of education and progressive, relevant and direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirement listed above.
- Ability to manipulate and resize art files for use in both print and digital files.
- Must be proficient in copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Project management and ability to hit deadlines.
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Proficient use of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with WordPress is highly preferred.

Player’s Club Lead Rep
Full Time (evening/nights)
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr + company paid benefits
The Players Club Lead assists with Lucky 7 Club promotions and player events, in addition to the daily functions of the Lucky 7 Club. The Lead is responsible for supervision and training of the Lucky 7 Club representative staff. Also, the lead is responsible for effectively coordinating and directing the activities of the Club on assigned shifts and ensuring a high level of Customer Satisfaction.

Security Officer

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr + company paid benefits
Security Officers safeguard the assets of the company while providing a safe and secure environment for all of our guests and employees. Must have excellent customer service skills, the ability to stand, walk and maneuver between 3 floors, the ability to work in a smoking environment, special vision abilities to read ID cards, incident reports, etc., the ability to work cohesively with co-workers and work as a team, the ability to maintain a positive attitude towards guests, co-workers, and other department staff, and the ability to listen to and resolve guest concerns. Reliable transportation and regular, punctual attendance are essential functions of this position. Must be 18 years or older.

Surveillance Officer
Full Time (must be flexible)
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr + company paid benefits
The primary objective of the Surveillance Officer is observing, monitoring and recording all activity occurring in the casino area and record the observations in writing as required.
MUST HAVE:
- Use of all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for spreadsheet, reporting, and presentation development

- Ability to prepare, read, and interpret documents; write reports and correspondence; and speak and communicate effectively with individuals and before groups of people
