The primary objective of the Bartender is to prepare beverages and provide service in a friendly, courteous, timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction. Must have previous experience bartending in a casino, restaurant or bar environment, and at least 1-year POS experience.

Beverage Server

The Cafe Cook serves well-executed menu items while adhering to proper food handling and sanitation standards. Prior cash handling skills are preferred. Pull Team Specialist 
Full Time (days)

  • Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat 4:00 am to 2:30 pm
  • 10 hours, 4 days a week

Pull Team Specialists are responsible for collecting bill acceptor cans from the casino floor during the drop, sorting currency and gaming instruments from drop boxes, providing an accurate total and inputting count data into the count room computer system. Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position.

Slot Attendant (GSR)
Full Time (evening & overnight shifts available)

The Slot Attendant is responsible for guest relations. Ideal candidates must be able to maintain a friendly, pleasant attitude at all times, communicate with guests and other team members in a professional manner, maintain the knowledge of special events and promotional activities, learn, know and read basic slot machine functions, identify and verify jackpots,, complete slot department paperwork with minimum errors, follow gaming laws and regulations, handle and secure keys and hand-held radios within the department guidelines, and maintain regular and punctual attendance.


  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (10 hours)
  • Must have a general working knowledge of a computer (keyboard and printer)

Security Officer
Full Time

Security Officers safeguard the assets of the company while providing a safe and secure environment for all of our guests and employees. They are the first face of the Casino and greet every guest in a professional, upbeat manner. Officers are responsible for checking I.D.’s, watching the gaming floor for suspicious activities, assisting in dispute resolution with discretion and responding to calls with a sense of urgency. 


  • Minimum of high school graduate or equivalent with 6 months of work-related experience preferred.
  • Use of all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for spreadsheet, reporting, and presentation development.
  • Ability to have a flexible schedule to provide for Casino requirements.

Cage Supervisor
Full Time (day & evenings)

  • Sundays – Wednesdays 2p – 10:30p & Saturdays 6a – 2:30p
  • Thursday and Fridays off

7th Street Casino is currently looking for a Full-Time Cage Supervisor to work 4 evenings and 1 day shift per week. The Cage Supervisor will oversee each cage cashier, be responsible for balancing all cash from the cage, main bank and vault windows, as well as ensuring the accuracy of all paperwork for their shift. Additionally, Cage Supervisors are responsible for the timely completion of evaluations, employee counseling, and adherence to all Gaming and Title 31 procedures and requirements. The successful candidate will be detail orientated, possess excellent oral and written skills, have prior cash handling experience, strong mathematical skills, knowledge of all Microsoft products and the ability to follow and enforce strict procedural guidelines maintained within the department. Cage Supervisors work a varied schedule which includes nights, weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent and prior supervisory skills are preferred.



Maintenance Technician
Full Time (must be flexible)

The primary objective of the General Maintenance Worker is to apply knowledge and skills to perform the regular and recurring maintenance, installation, and repair work of the department using any of the equipment authorized and available.


  • Maintain daily trash pickup around the outside of the casino, the 825 professional building, and the Cemetery
  • Maintain all company Vehicles and machinery used by the facilities department
  • Maintain the mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning of all Greenspace of the Casino and Cemetery
  • Apply fertilizers, insecticides and other chemicals to turf areas, trees, and shrubs
  • Maintain all landscaped areas of the Casino and Cemetery
  • Operate snow removal equipment as needed and spread ice-melting chemicals around the property as needed
  • Maintain Facilities workshop i.e. cleaning, organizing and stocking
  • Performs work using shop equipment and power tools such as drills, saws, sanders, planers, air nailers, routers and other tools provided in the maintenance, repair, alteration, and remodeling of buildings
  • Work with other department needs as directed by interdepartmental work orders i.e. but not limited to carrying heavy box’s, removing and replacing of office equipment and installing devices or objects
  • Work on special projects that are assigned by the Facilities Manager
  • Perform all work with sound safety practices
  • Communicate effectively as a team member
  • Flexibility to be available for emergency call-outs during time off

IT Manager
Full Time

The primary objective of the IT Manager is to manage all casino organization technologies and provide technical support and training.


  • Directs the day-to-day operations of the IT department and assigns staff in compliance with all applicable internal policies, procedures, gaming regulations, and external agency requirements.
  • Plans, implements and directs all departmental procedures for the Systems Department, for the accomplishment of business objectives.
  • Ensures proper licensing and adequate support for all system users, reviews reports, audits, addressing potential conflicts and/or misinformation.4.
  • Develops and administers departmental operating budget and controls.
  • Sets schedules and job duties while maintaining hours for proper staffing.
  • Operate and maintain local area network systems VPN, wireless, voice, and firewall.
  • Coordinate policy, procedure, configuration, and other standards with corporate IT Department.
  • Set permissions for access, assign different levels of access to different levels of authority.
  • Assist leadership with the purchase of systems related equipment and supplies and selects and/or designs software and hardware to meet the needs of the company.
  • Maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Initiates and maintains communication with subordinates, employees, management, and other departments in facilitating the flow of information throughout the property.
  • Facilitates the continuous improvement of IT processes, internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure that all applications, network systems, and other IT assets function properly and are properly safeguarded.
  • Creates and maintains disaster recovery, security and backup and restore plans and policies.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Deal tactfully with guests when handling unexpected situations, finding solutions that ensure customer satisfaction with the minimal financial impact on Casino operations.
  • You may be required to perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science (or related) and 5-6 years of experience in network information processing, casino related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
