Beverage Server (F&B)

7th Street Casino is looking for reliable, knowledgeable Beverage Servers to serve alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages. Our Beverage Servers greet and build personal first-name relationships while providing courteous and prompt service to our guests. Must have previous cash handling experience, reliable transportation, the ability to stand, walk and maneuver without assistance throughout the 8-hour shift, and the availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Experience in casino, bar, or restaurant environment preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Maintenance Technician
Full Time (nights)

The primary objective of the Maintenance Technician is to apply knowledge and skills to perform the regular and recurring maintenance, installation, and repair work of the department using any of the equipment authorized and available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Maintain daily trash pickup around the outside of the casino, the 825 professional building and the Cemetery
  2. Maintain all company Vehicles and machinery used by the facilities department
  3. Maintain the mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning of all Green space of the Casino and Cemetery
  4. Apply fertilizers, insecticides, and other chemicals to turf areas, trees, and shrubs
  5. Maintain all landscaped areas of the Casino and Cemetery
  6. Operate snow removal equipment as needed and spread ice-melting chemicals around the property as needed
  7. Maintain Facilities work shop i.e. cleaning, organizing and stocking
  8. Performs skilled work using shop equipment and power tools such as drills, saws, sanders, planers, air nailers, routers and other tools provided in the maintenance, repair, alteration, and remodeling of buildings
  9. Work with other department needs as directed by interdepartmental work orders i.e. but not limited to carrying heavy box’s, removing and replacing of office equipment and installing devices or objects
  10. Work on special projects that are assigned by the Facilities Manager
  11. Perform all work with sound safety practices

JOB PURPOSE

The primary objective of the Slot Manager is to facilitate the optimization of the slot gaming floor for both machine and Team Member performance; maintain effective communication with Team Members, the General Manager, and other Executive Management; facilitate the “excellence in customer service” environment; act as liaison with various slot/gaming equipment vendors, and develop and maintain analytical data for review and recommendation for changes on the floor.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS.

  1. Minimum of high school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of five (5) years Gaming experience in Slot floor management responsibilities.
  3. Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing large teams comprised of 10 or more direct reports.
  4. Experience with Class II games preferred.
  5. Use of all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for spreadsheet, reporting, and presentation development.
  6. Proficient in the use of Auto-Cad and other slot floor management programs.

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for ensuring maximum customer service and satisfaction by orchestrating through the employees, production of quality food and high standards of service in accordance with Company policy and Procedures and Gaming regulations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enforces performance standards, policies, and procedures in the venue are in accordance with the Company’s expectations.
  • Responsible for complying with all food and beverage health, liquor and safety regulations; as well as all federal, state and local applicable laws.
  • Responsible for the evaluating and training of the employees ensuring staffs compliance with all customer service standards.
  • Ensures venue floor operations are running in a smooth, efficient manner to ensure customers satisfaction.
  • Responsible for listening to, evaluating and assuring control of customers’ grievances.
  • Monitors job performances of all the employees and provides feedback on some to aid the employees in developing and enhancing skills.
  • Confers with Food & Beverage Manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.
  • Responsible for the supervision and training of Beverage Servers, Bartenders, wait staff and bar backs on an assigned shift.
  • Ensures the smooth and efficient service throughout all Food & Beverage facilities in the Casino.

  • Supervises and reports to management all employee call-ins and scheduling conflicts to ensure a cost effective staffing level.

  • Make recommendations and suggestions and hire, suspend, transfer, discipline and terminate after conferring with Food & Beverage Manager.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
  • Promotes positive customer relations.
  • Maintains the highest level of confidentiality
  • Initiates and maintains communication with subordinates, employees, management, and other departments in facilitating the flow of information throughout the property.
  • Responsibilities include training employees, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Fill in for F&B Cashiers for breaks, lunch, absences and PTO as needed.
  • Performed additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
