Summary: Leadership position in creating and organizing marketing campaigns including direct mail, broadcast media, print, outdoor, entertainment, promotions, player development programs and other relevant marketing functions. Analyze and evaluate customer data to determine the results of campaigns, promotions and events, in addition to leading the marketing and promotions team members.
Essential Functions: Development and execution of all media strategy, special events, entertainment, direct mail campaigns, player development and all other relevant marketing aspects for the centralized marketing program including budget creation for same. Facilitates creative artwork and copy for, but not limited to: print, broadcast media (TV and radio), outdoor and other media avenues. Leadership role in the development, management and overall coordination of all promotions, programs, and special events. Communicates and implements promotional programs to all departments and staff. Responsible for creation and effective utilization of annual budget. Ensure all departmental activities follow Federal, State and Tribal Laws. Keep current on marketing trends within industry. Measure and analyze performance of all programs.
Requirements: Related Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years casino/marketing experience is required, including advertising, branding, direct marketing, players club and player development. Prior management experience/training required. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills including presentation skills. Possess ability to interact with all levels of management, customer and employee. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Possess integrity, confidentiality and discretion in handling company information. Adobe Photoshop and Firework experience preferred. Ability to pass Wyandotte Gaming Commission criminal background check, and drug test.

Responsible for recruiting and educating guests on the benefits of a Player's Club membership with the casino. Involves constant direct contact with guests. Must have the ability to communicate effectively. Previous customer service skills are required.
Must have experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentery, basic HVAC. Responsible for all facilities maintenance including but not limited to: Performing skilled work using shop equipment and power tools such as drills, saws, sanders, planers, air nailers, routers and other tools to maintain, repair, alternate and remodel buildings. Heavy lifting required.
Observe all activities of guests and employees on the casino floor, cage, and count rooms via the closed circuit television system for criminal activity, violation of the gaming commission regulations and company policies/procedures. Surveillance experience preferred but not required. Must be detail oriented and obtain a thorough knowledge of all departmental procedures.
Full Time | Evenings and nights
Responsible serving alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages to guest in the casino. Must have excellent customer service skills. Previous serving experience preferred but not required.
Responsible for taking orders and preparing beverages for casino, restaurant guests and servers. Must be able to carry trays and beverages and lift up to 50 lbs. Bartending knowledge or experience on a professional level is required. Must be people-oriented, posses an outgoing personality and be able to keep accurate records of liquor distribution.
Full-time and Part-time
Ability to cook and prepare desired entrees from the menu for guests in the restaurant. Daily maintenance and upkeep of kitchen and prep area. One year experience cooking, not necessarily line. Able to work flexible hours and work holidays.
Part-time | Grave/Swing
Responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction on the casino floor, having knowledge of slot game functions and jackpot payouts. Also responsible for ensuring all slot machines are operable and identified for repair if necessary. Additional duties include communication with guests and other team members, following gaming laws and regulations. Must have excellent customer service skills and posses an out-going personality.
Part-time | 4am-8am | MWF and Sa
Responsible for collecting bill acceptor cans from the casino floor during the Drop, sort currency and gaming instruments from drop boxes, provide an accurate total and input count data into count room computer system.
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining upkeep of the casino. Duties include vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, emptying ash trays, and other duties. Housekeeping experience preferred. Previous casino housekeeping experience is a plus.
