Responsible for recruiting and educating guests on the benefits of a Player's Club membership with the casino. Involves constant direct contact with guests. Must have the ability to communicate effectively. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Previous customer service skills are required.
FT / Hourly
Responsible for monitoring and analyzing the data from all revenue generating centers to protect and procedures, and monitor compliance with gaming regulations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Advanced Excel skills, Word, Outlook, Access). Ability to learn other software used to monitor casino operation (Konami, Micros, Vendor operating systems). Must be detail oriented and have the ability to communicate verbally and written using appropiate English language. Proficient on 10 key calculator. Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position. Ability to have flexible schedule (weekends, overtime) to provide for casino workflow requirements.
FT / Graveyard
Responsible for resolving slot issues and machine problems. Be able to handle guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction and and identify problem areas. Research and investigate information and ensure jackpots are paid out timely and accurately. Ensure the training of Slot staff and handling all employee issues, performance evaluations and counseling's as required. Must be able to adhere to state and/or gaming policies and procedures. A minimum of two years of previous casino supervisory or management experience is required. Working knowledge of slot operations is preferred.
Summary: Leadership position in creating and organizing marketing campaigns including direct mail, broadcast media, print, outdoor, entertainment, promotions, player development programs and other relevant marketing functions. Analyze and evaluate customer data to determine the results of campaigns, promotions and events, in addition to leading the marketing and promotions team members.
Essential Functions: Development and execution of all media strategy, special events, entertainment, direct mail campaigns, player development and all other relevant marketing aspects for the centralized marketing program including budget creation for same. Facilitates creative artwork and copy for, but not limited to: print, broadcast media (TV and radio), outdoor and other media avenues. Leadership role in the development, management and overall coordination of all promotions, programs, and special events. Communicates and implements promotional programs to all departments and staff. Responsible for creation and effective utilization of annual budget. Ensure all departmental activities follow Federal, State and Tribal Laws. Keep current on marketing trends within industry. Measure and analyze performance of all programs.
Requirements: Related Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years casino/marketing experience is required, including advertising, branding, direct marketing, players club and player development. Prior management experience/training required. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills including presentation skills. Possess ability to interact with all levels of management, customer and employee. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Possess integrity, confidentiality and discretion in handling company information. Adobe Photoshop and Firework experience preferred. Ability to pass Wyandotte Gaming Commission criminal background check, and drug test.

Observe all activities of guests and employees on the casino floor, cage, and count rooms via the closed circuit television system for criminal activity, violation of the gaming commission regulations and company policies/procedures. Surveillance experience preferred but not required. Must be detail oriented and obtain a thorough knowledge of all departmental procedures.
Full Time and Part Time | Evenings and nights
Responsible serving alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages to guest in the casino. Must have excellent customer service skills. Previous serving experience preferred but not required.
Part Time | 2nd and 3rd Shift
Responsible for receiving and paying out money, keeping records of each exchange transactions in the casino and providing customer service to the casino guests through various types of transactions and helpful information. Cashier or accounts payable experience required. Must have good 10 key or calculator skills.
Responsible for taking orders and preparing beverages for casino, restaurant guests and servers. Must be able to carry trays and beverages and lift up to 50 lbs. Bartending knowledge or experience on a professional level is required. Must be people-oriented, posses an outgoing personality and be able to keep accurate records of liquor distribution.
Responsible for welcoming and seating guests in the restaurant, answering phones, placing take-out orders, assisting in the dining room with food prep, restaurant flow and cash transactions for guests. Must have a friendly outgoing personality and previous customer service skills.
Full Time and Part-time | 2nd and 3rd Shift
Ability to cook and prepare desired entrees from the menu for guests in the restaurant. Daily maintenance and upkeep of kitchen and prep area. One year experience cooking, not necessarily line. Able to work flexible hours and work holidays.
