Swing and Graveyard Shift Combo

Seeking a line cook for our Cafe. Duties include serving well executed menu items, while adhering to proper food handling and sanitation standards. Must have Minumum of high school graduate or equivalent; ability to properly use all kitchen equipment safely and understand knife safety; experience in a restaurant kitchen environment, ability to take direction and perform tasks with limited supervision; follow recipe specifications; understand basic measurements, conversions and portion control; support the front of house staff and execute changes to meet the needs orf our guests; regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position.
 

EVS Attendant (Housekeeping)

Part Time/Second(Swing) and Graveyard Shifts Available

The Environmental Services (EVS) Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and attractive environment for team members, patrons and vendors of the 7th Street Casino. Duties: Perform cleaning duties in all areas of the facility including, but not limited to, cleaning, sweeping, mopping, washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and spot, stain or dirt removal of all floors, rugs, carpets, upolstered furniture and draperies, dusting, scrubbing, sanitizing and buffing including some machinery as required such as vacuums or floor cleaners. Maintaining cleanliness of all area including picking up litter, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning ashtrays, and removal and transport of garbage; clean and service resptooms including replenishing bathroom supplies.

Food and Beverage Cashier

The Food and Beverage Cashier is responsible for efficently taking food orders and providing courteous and prompt service to our Cafe guests. Duties include: greeting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, using computer system to place and price orders, cleaning of tables and work area, supporting the back of house changes to meet guest needs, understanding of sanitation and proper food handling, taking food orders vial phone in a cheerful manner; interacting with guests, and basic knowledge of menu prices, daily specials, promotions and proper procedures.

Cage Supervisor

Swing and Graveyard Shift Combo

The Cage Supervisor oversees the job duties of each cage cashier, ensuring the balancing of all monys (including Cage, Main Bank and Vault windows) and accuracy of all paperwork. Also ensures the accurate completion of assigned evaluations, employee counseling, and adheres to all Gaming and Title 31 procedures and requirements. Responsibilities: Safeguard company assets and adhere to Cage policies and procedures, maintain and be held accountable for all funds entrusted, provide prompt, friendly and courteous service to all guests in a confidential manner, create teamwork by helping team members with essential functions, balances all money transactions and paperwork, maintain good working knowledge of Title 31 requirements, act as role model, counsel and evaluate team members. Adherence to attendance policy a must.

Human Resources Generalist

Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

The primary objective of the HR Generalist is to find and place relevant, reliable, qualified applicants for all open positions in the casino in coordination with the casino leadership team and support the Human Resources Department. This is an hourly position. Duties include: conferring with management to identify recruiting needs, develop effective recruiting plans and strategies in conjunction with the HR Manager and General Manager; source applicants through various methods including advertising, industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, team member referrals, job sites and career fairs; prescreen job candidates and conduct background checks, reference verification and previous job verifications and assist with New Hire Orientation. Some local travel required. Qualifications: previous recruiting experience, use of all Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ability to maintain professional demeanor in a high stress environment and maintain confidentiality of employment files.

Surveillance Operator

Full Time

Observe all activities of guests and employees on the casino floor, cage, and count rooms via the closed circuit television system for criminal activity, violation of the gaming commission regulations and company policies/procedures.  Surveillance experience preferred but not required.  Must be detail oriented and obtain a thorough knowledge of all departmental procedures. 

Beverage Server

Full Time and Part Time | Evenings and nights

Responsible serving alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages to guest in the casino. Must have excellent customer service skills. Previous serving experience preferred but not required.

Bartender

Full Time / Part Time / Split Shift

Responsible for taking orders and preparing beverages for casino, restaurant guests and servers.  Must be able to carry trays and beverages and lift up to 50 lbs.  Bartending knowledge or experience on a professional level is required.  Must be people-oriented, possess an outgoing personality and be able to keep accurate records of liquor distribution.
