Our Bartenders greet and build personal first-name relationships while providing courteous and prompt service to our guests. Cage Cashiers distribute cash to gaming guests via check cashing and the conversion of gaming tickets into currency, as well as safeguarding company assets while dealing with the public in an efficient and courteous manner. Previous cash handling and 10-key experience with the use of computer systems and/or Point of Sale(POS) operations preferred. Must have excellent guest service skills, the ability to stand, walk, and use fingers for the entirety of the shift as required to conduct normally assigned duties, the ability to function in a smoking environment, open availability to work any day including weekends, and holidays, and reliable transportation. Cage Supervisor

The primary objective of the Cage Supervisor is to oversee the job duties of each cage cashier, ensuring the balancing of all moneys (including Cage, Main Bank and Vault windows) and accuracy of all paperwork.  Also, ensures the accurate completion of assigned evaluations, employee counseling, and adheres to all Gaming and Title 31 procedures and requirements.

  • Safeguard company assets and adhere to Cage policies and procedures
  • Maintains and is held accountable for all funds entrusted to him/her on an assigned shift
  • Provides prompt, friendly, and courteous service to all guests in a confidential manner

Our Cafe Cooks serve well-executed menu items while adhering to proper food handling and sanitation standards. Maintenance Tech

The primary objective of the Maintenance Technician  is to apply knowledge and skills to perform the regular and recurring maintenance, installation, and repair work of the department using any of the equipment authorized and available. Must have valid driver’s license, be physically fit, skilled in heating, plumbing, and HVAC.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Maintain daily trash pickup around the outside of the casino, the 825 professional building and the Cemetery
  • Maintain all company Vehicles and machinery used by facilities department
  • Maintain the mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning of all Green space of the Casino and Cemetery
  • Apply fertilizers, insecticides and other chemicals to turf areas, trees and shrubs
  • Maintain all landscaped areas of the Casino and Cemetery
  • Operate snow removal equipment as needed and spread ice melting chemicals around the property as needed
  • Maintain Facilities work shop i.e. cleaning, organizing and stocking
  • Performs skilled work using shop equipment and power tools such as drills, saws, sanders, planers, air nailers, routers and other tools provided in the maintenance, repair, alteration, and remodeling of buildings
  • Work with other department needs as directed by interdepartmental work orders i.e. but not limited to carrying heavy box’s, removing and replacing of office equipment and installing devices or objects
  • Work on special projects that are assigned by the Facilities Manager
  • Perform all work with sound safety practices

Revenue Audit Clerk
Full Time (days)

The primary objectives of the Revenue Audit Clerk are to monitor the data from all revenue generating centers to protect company assets, assure adherences to policies and procedures, and monitor compliance with gaming regulations.

MUST HAVE’S:

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of general accounting experience or revenue audit experience within a casino environment.
  • Use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access) as well for spreadsheet, reporting
  • Ability to use normal office equipment with some proficiency such as, but not limited to, 10 key; printer; copier; and telephone.

Surveillance Officer
Full Time – Must be flexible

Surveillance Officer to protect the assets of the casino and its employees by observing, monitoring, and recording all activity occurring in the casino area. Successful Officers will be able to work in a low lit area, sit for the entirety of the shift, take breaks only as business allows, manipulate manual camera control devices, focus on monitors for an entire shift, maintain a professional demeanor in a high stress/profile environment, be flexible in scheduling and availability on short notice to meet gaming policy requirements, perform duties in compliance with company standards, ensure adherence to all gaming regulations and report any violations of procedure, prepare reports as directed by the surveillance manager, and maintain accurate records as required. Must have the knowledge and prior use of all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for spreadsheet, reporting, presentation development, and reliable transportation. Regular and punctual attendance is essential for this position. Must be 18 years or older.

Marketing Manager
Full Time – Day

7th Street Casino is looking for a Marketing Manager to facilitate the optimization of the Casino revenue via the use of various Marketing strategies utilizing advertising, billboards, direct mailing, the internet, and any other opportunities as may be submitted as recommendations to the General Manager as well as maintain effective communication with Team Members, the General Manager, and other Executive management. The Marketing Manager will also act as a liaison to various media vendors, and develop and maintain analytical data in both pro and post formats to evaluate customer return on investment.

MUST HAVE’S:

  • Minimum of ten(10) years of Casino Marketing – Slot floor management responsibilities preferred
  • Use of all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for spreadsheet, reporting, and presentation development
